The next power is rapid. It allows you to make rapid chat actions such as kicking, banning, booting, ignoring, etc. It is set in macro form ($rapid=guest.) Once you have set it to your choice, hold the control key (CTRL) and the a users name (and they will be made a guest, or the option you chose.)
Note: You must be a moderator or owner to use this power if you are guesting, making members, kicking, banning, muting, booting, etc.
The rapid power has been released for 20 days, and is not limited.
